SILLIVE is operated by Gautam Aust Pty Ltd (ABN 23 664 289 892) ("we", "us", "our").
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the SILLIVE platform ("the Platform").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and role (provider, support coordinator, or support worker).
- Participant information: Full name, NDIS number, date of birth, primary diagnosis, care plans, goals, medical details, and behaviour support information — entered by authorised provider staff.
- Shift and service records: Roster data, shift notes, prompt levels, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Worker documents: Uploaded qualifications, certifications, and compliance documents.
- Usage data: Log-in timestamps, browser type, and IP address for security and performance purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and operate the SILLIVE platform for SIL service management.
- Enable providers, support coordinators, and support workers to manage participant care, rostering, and compliance.
- Send operational emails (shift summaries, worker invitations, weekly digests).
- Improve the platform and fix technical issues.
- Comply with NDIS reporting and Australian legal requirements.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- Between authorised users within the same provider organisation (e.g. provider admins, rostered workers).
- With support coordinators who have been approved by the provider to access participant information.
- With third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (Supabase for database hosting, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for web hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and security).
- When required by law, regulation, or court order.
4. Separation of Operations
SILLIVE is a software platform developed and operated by Gautam Aust Pty Ltd (ABN 23 664 289 892). Gautam Aust Pty Ltd also operates an NDIS service delivery business. These two operations are entirely separate. Participant data entered into SILLIVE by any registered provider is owned solely by that provider. This data is never shared with, accessed by, or used in connection with Gautam Aust Pty Ltd's NDIS service delivery operations. Provider and participant data is stored securely and is only accessible to the provider who entered it and any Support Coordinators that provider has explicitly approved.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored in Australia (Sydney region) using Supabase infrastructure.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
- Access is controlled through row-level security policies — users can only access data they are authorised to see.
- Authentication is managed via Supabase Auth with secure password hashing.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Participant records are retained in accordance with NDIS record-keeping requirements (minimum 7 years). You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Cookies and Tracking
SILLIVE uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
9. Children's Privacy
SILLIVE is not directed at children. Where participant information relates to a person under 18, it is entered and managed by authorised adults (providers and support coordinators).
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
